Record Grade: Its hard to rate this, so let me explain. All the songs except one are NM-.  But...I need to refer you to the last of the photos. Song one, side one has a pressing defect that has left a large part of "Little City Woman" without grooves.  So that song is unplayable. If however you would like a first edition mono copy of a rare album and are willing to put the needle down at the second song, you have a very nice playing record.  Should you decide to buy this record, please include with your bid a note that you have read and understand this.  (Play and visually Graded)

Cover Grade: VG++, Light ring-wear, a wrinkle on the front cover and a little edge-wear.  (See Photos)
