WARNING
THIS COMES IN THE RARE ORIGINAL SLEEVE. IT SHOWS A COLOUR PHOTO OF A MANS HEAD WHICH LOOKS LIKE IT HAS BEEN RUN OVER BY A TRUCK. IT IS TRULY SHOCKING. THE PICTURE ON THE BACK IS EVEN MORE GRUESOME. I LOOKED AT IT ONCE AND I FEEL TRAUMATISED. (THIS MAY HAVE FAR REACHING CONSEQUENCES FOR MY SANITY). HONESTLY I REALLY CAN'T LOOK AT IT AGAIN.
I can't bring myself to scan a picture of it, but eBay probably wouldn't allow it anyway.
The sleeve comes hidden in a black plastic cover with a gold sticker.
