Here's a great old NY area hardcore comp from 1985 on Big City Records. A ton of great stuff here, and yeah, some not so great too, but overall a damn cool record. Comes with a big booklet with a page for each band. The cover and vinyl are both in great shape as is the original booklet.
from the FLEX! site: "NYC bands on side A, Connecticut (and NJ) bands on side B. Most of the NY bands are pretty simple, ranging from amateurish garage hardcore to excellent rough NYHC (Ultra Violence, Sheer Terror) in the vein of Abused or early Agnostic Front. B side bands are more sophisticated and diverse; highlights are AOD, 76% Uncertain, Chronic Disorder and Violent Children who all do their usual thing."

Terms & Conditions
I grade conservatively. I don't believe a used mint record exists! My grading is usually , NM, VG, G with + or - to indicate degrees.M = brand new and still sealed (not an old record)
NM = usually still sealed (but older)
VG+ = usually no problems at all. or minor things like a surface mark on vinyl or price sticker on the cover, etc.. etc.. read the description!
G = "well loved". usually plays fine but with some noise or limited pops for finyl. For covers will mean some damage, water marks, bad ringwear, seam splits, etc.
Read the descriptions in most cases. the grades are more for quick reference than anything concrete!!!!!!
