matrices are MERS 27 A//1▽420 H 11 4 TOWNHOUSE & MERS 27 B//2▽420 H 11 6 TOWNHOUSE DREAMS STAY WITH YOU

released on Mercury Records MERS 27 / 812 870-1 in 1983

The condition of the record is near mint .

The textured blue and silver debossed picture sleeve has very mild creasing on the edges and bottom reverse right corner.

The inner picture lyric sleeve has a 2cm split on the bottom edge.

The labels are clean with no spindle marks.
