This is a short 3-day auction of this 1951 Big Mama Thornton Blues 45. Blues collectors know this one is really rare on Ebay, and this copy is especially clean and shiny. Early singles were released on both 78 & 45 and this was either her first or second 45 and was recorded almost 2 years before her legendary hit "Hound Dog." This is a Collectible and rare Peacock original for Blues lovers for sure. The photos will show the quality, minor scuffs and probably minor scratches but this copy is very nice. The photos should give you a good idea of overall quality of both the label and the vinyl. Overall a very nice copy of a rare, hard to find 45. We describe condition and version to the best of our ability but the seller is not a records grading expert so please inquire in advance for additional details or concerns concerning quality or version of a particular record.
