BIG STAR Third Test Pressing Edition Vinyl LP RSD 2011 Mint Alex Chilton
Very rare, limited edition, 180-gram test pressing edition of Big Star’s “Third” – released exclusively for Record Store Day in 2011. Contains replicas of the tracking sheets, lead sheets and mastering card.
Only 2,000 made worldwide. US pressing on Omnivore Records (OVLP-1).
Vinyl is MINT (has never been played!) and cover is NM (only opened to see if this was 1 of 5 original test pressings…sadly, it is not). Includes protective outer PVC sleeve. A must for collectors of Big Star and Alex Chilton!
