Cover condition - VG - very minor damage to the front
Vinyl Grading System. We always try and give an honest grading of our records to prevent disappointment however this is subjective, and we are only human, so we may sometimes get things slightly wrong.
Mint (M) – Absolutely perfect in every way. Never been played and usually sealed.
Near Mint (NM) – The vinyl looks glossy and clearly has only been played a few times. There are no marks on the vinyl and the whole package is complete.
Excellent (E) – Very light marks where the vinyl has been in and out of the inner sleeve a few times, or tiny signs of use generally.
Very Good Plus (VG+) – A few further faults are acceptable, but nothing that compromises the record visually or audibly. A little rub, light inaudible marks, a little background crackle.
Very Good (VG) – Has been played a lot but still usable. Light pops and clicks, an edge split, light visible scratches. You can still listen to it and enjoy looking at it, but it is visually and audibly USED.
Good (G) – It’s useable, but it may have several scratches. Its music has light distortions or an occasional skip. The cover may have some very visible wear.
Poor (P), Fair (F) Expect major noise issues, skipping or repeating. The record itself may be cracked, badly warped or have deep scratches. The cover may also be in poor condition.

Shipping
In most cases, purchases will be shipped within 24 hours of payment being received. UK destinations are sent by either Royal Mail 24, Royal Mail 48 or Special Next Day delivery, depending upon the value. For heavy items over 2 kilos, we use couriers, usually Hermes.
Items to Europe and the rest of the world are generally sent by International Tracked delivery, which includes a tracking number. You will be sent a confirmatory e-mail to say that your item has been shipped. We always obtain proof of postage.
UK purchases can normally expect to be delivered within 3 working days. For European buyers, items will normally be delivered to most countries within 7 working days. For the rest of the world, delivery will vary but normally we expect your item to be with you within 14 working days.
