BILL BISSETT & MANDAN MASSACRE Awake In The Red Desert ORIG LP Canada Psych MINT
Auction is for an ULTRA RARE ORIGINAL CANADIAN PRIVATE PRESSING of BILL BISSETT & THE MANDAN MASSACRE'S "AWAKE IN THE RED DESERT" LP from 196? on See/Hear Production. The "holy grail" of Canadian Freak-Out/Psych LP's and more sought-after then the Intersystems and See/Hear releases, this was actually reissued a few years back by GearFab/Akarma to great acclaim. Featured in the 1st volume of Hans Pokora's Record Collector Dreams series of books along with Dreams, Fantasies Nightmares, Acid Archives, etc., they were only originally 500 pressed and it rarely ever comes up especially in such incredible condition! Comes with the original inserts which are in NM condition (see 3rd photo). The cover has absolute slightest wear with a couple light corner dings. Vinyl is flawless and looks unplayed… Absolute top copy!
