Note there is no date of exactly when the edition was pressed on the sleeve, label or run out grooves. It was purchased sealed in the nineties from a record store in Los Angeles.
It would appear to be this edition as listed in Discogs.

Glossy gatefold sleeve, mono. Has been played perhaps once or twice since purchase. Have conservatively graded this as EX. No marks on vinyl and sleeve shows only minor signs of being handled and has been kept in protective plastic sleeve.
