The seller is liquidating a large collection of Traditional Jazz LP's. Watch our other listings for more opportunities. Each record will be examined visually, cleaned and placed inside a new or the matching inner sleeve. Records with notable condition issues will be identified in the listing as such. The records will not be play graded but notable condition issues will, of course, be pointed out. We will also sample the audio at various points in the record in search of excessive noise, pops or skips. This collection was owned by a very caring owner. If graded most of these would be at least VG+ with many in excellent condition.
THIS RECORD:
As the photos will show this is a great copy of this extremely rare LP, recorded and released around 1962. The cover can be seen without tears or writing or stickers. Some expected wear and small tears can be seen around the edges and on the spine. Cover wear on this one is most noticeable along the top edge due to the dark coloring of that segment. Otherwise this cover is strong. Clean firm heavy cover stock with good coloring.
The vinyl looks great. A few scuffs can be seen as a result of storage but visually the vinyl and labels are nice. Upon sampling of the audio, the usual surface noise was audible along with the standard, occasional pop but no excessive audio issues were discovered while sampling audio segments. The original owner obviously took great care of the collection.
