Description

I inherited this record from my dad. This is the original 1st stereo pressing released in 1961 on the Riverside label. I listened to the entire record. It's a really nice copy. Plays through cleanly. There are couple of light pops on side 1, cut 3, and a few light pops here and there on side two. There are two hairline scratches (1 inch or less) that are not heard or felt: on side 1, cut 3, and side 2, between cuts 2-3. There are a couple of small spot blemishes that don't seem to be heard. Surface noise is minimal. There are a number of spindle marks on side two on the label. Side one has fewer spindle marks. I am not a professional record grader, but I would say this copy is at least VG+, for both the disk and sleeve. There are no seam splits or writing. The corners have some wear but are not bumped. There is extremely light ring wear on the cover. Record will be shipped in proper Lp mailer with stiffeners, poly sleeve and corner protection.
