We have successfully shipped thousands upon thousands of  fragile 78 rpm shellac records for almost 11 years  with not one complaint of broken, cracked or damaged records. We securely sandwich the records with custom 10" cardboard filler pads,  extra cardboard, lots of bubble wrap and tape,  and then package it snugly in a stiff cardboard box, tightly taped together.
