BILL NELSON - Northern Dream

Bill Nelson's debut album reissued in a very limited edition of just 250 copies. Also included is a SIGNED postcard!!
In BRAND NEW UNPLAYED MINT condition. Only taken out of the sleeve to the the photos.

Release in the UK on 12th November 2012 on the Cocteau Discs label. Cat no COCDLP1001.

This is a reproduction of the original 1971 Smile Records edition hand packed in a heavy duty PVC wallet, with a 12" x 12" booklet, a photostat lyric sheet and a signed postcard.

I have managed to get hold of 2 of these fine items. Both are identical expect the signature will is slightly different to the one pictured as they are all hand signed. Both the copies I have are very similar.

More wistfully singer-songwriter orientated than his later work, Northern Dream's production, dexterous guitar solos and Folk/Blues Rock influences (shades of Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac) represent the fascinating creative groundwork for Bill's maverick career to come (with Be Bop Deluxe, Red Noise and solo).

This wonderful item is not available from any of the main online retailers.
