Front top right corner seam split 1 inch and 3 inches on top left. Back part of gatefold top left corner seam split 3 inches.
Shows some ring/rub wear.
Hard bumps with rub wear on the 2 bottom corner tips.
No bends or creases.
Has a 3/4 inch saw cut on top left corner.
