SLEEVE:

VG++ ~ 'Minimal' wear & tear: (light creases & ring wear, minor scuffs, but Generally OK!)

VG+ ~ will have obvious creases & ring wear, scuffs, some edge wear, Anything more, e.g. stickers, writing, splits etc. will be stated!

VG ~ will be VERY obviously in a well used state with grubby marks, heavy creases & ring wear, split seams, edge wear etc., in short...a bit tatty!

RECORD:

VG++ ~ light surface marks, scuffs, but NO serious visible flaws!

VG+ ~ marks, visible scratches, scuffs, spindle marks, but NO major flaws!

VG ~ will be well played, lots of heavy marks, scuffs, spindle wear, will definitely have surface noise! in short...a bit 'rough'

William Clarence Eckstine (July 8, 1914 – March 8, 1993)[1] was an American singer of ballads and a bandleader of the swing era. Eckstine's smooth baritone and distinctive vibrato broke down barriers throughout the 1940s, first as leader of the original bop big-band, then as the first romantic black male in popular music. Eckstine's recording of "I Apologize," MGM Pop Single, (1948) was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame Award in 1999.

This is the 3rd & final album he recorded for Tamla Motown in the late 60's. It was titled "For Love Of Ivy" in the US.

CONDITION:

SLEEVE: VG+. Showing some creasing & wear around the record opening. Small price written in ink on top right rear sleeve. May be removeable.

RECORD: VG+. A few light surface marks & spindle marks but nothing drastic. Plays beautifully.
