COVER CONDITION    Excellent  (EX), The cover is in great condition with light ring and edge wear, (this cover is so hard to find as most have really bad ring wear, this is the best I have found).

RECORD CONDITION  Excellent to Mint minus  (EX to M-), the record is in great condition with a  few light scuffs, the labels look near new

GENERAL COMMENTS  This is an Australian only ep and I would doub't that there would be many copies around anymore in this sort of condition
