Classic vocal group doo-wop r&b. The copy offered here is a real nice one, don't miss it! CONDITION: Jacket: Heavy stock jacket is in EX- to EX condition or about 8.5 out of 10. Very light ringwear is only noticeable on the bottom center (on clyde's jacket). The top right corner has the very beginning of a seam split, only about 1/4". Edges and corners have minor wear and/or rounding. Back cover is superb and has one tiny line of pen that is hardly noticeable. See attached pictures, I used flash so you can see the gloss and character of the cover's condition. Overall it's a superb cover and I'd think you'd have a hard time finding a better one. Record: A conservative VG+ or about 7 out of 10. Some hairlines and scuffs here and there, but overall a pretty clean copy. No deep or "feel-able" scratches, very little background noise between tracks only. Plays clear and loud and looks visually very nice, high gloss. Labels have some spindle marks, but are otherwise nice and clean, no writing, stickers, rips or anything of that sort. For this item only: USA SHIPPING: I will provide free insurance on this item. PACKING All records are shipped using standard mailers with the sleeved record outside the cover to prevent seam splits. I use care in packing records and I haven't had any issues in over 200 transactions. Valuable records are usually shipped with poly sleeves as well. All records are cleaned with a soft cotton cloth and a diluted alcohol mixture. Some may be VPI cleaned as indicated on the listing. Bid with confidence! A typical clean, unplayed looking record grades EX to EX+. Like many others, I seldom if ever use the grade MINT. Sounds clips are almost always available for reference. Standards for the condition of vinyl records (from Record Collector): MINT The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. EXCELLENT The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc. FAIR The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced. POOR The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing. BAD The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- RETURNS: If unsatisfied, you may return the item within one week of receiving.
