Description
Bing. A Musical Autobiography – Decca ED-1700, copyright 1954. 17 45 rpm EP's, typically 4 songs per record. 89 selections total. Songs with spoken stories/introductions by Bing. His earlier, pre-Decca tracks (originally with Paul Whiteman, etc.) are re-recordings with Buddy Cole Trio. Bing did many duets and collaborations, some here include Connee Boswell, Mary Martin, Bob Hope, Andrews Sisters, Judy Garland, Les Paul, (son) Gary Crosby, Louis Armstrong, +.
Excellent condition records in special green "Bing" printed white sleeves (one missing, replaced with a plain sleeve); Excellent 24-page illustrated booklet, and VG+ hinged hard case (with locking latch – the small simple flat key is lost – I put tape over the latch to keep it from locking , but easy to pry open; gift inscription inside the lid.
