Description
One of the very first Bing Crosby albums ever, maybe the 2nd: Ballad for Americans on Decca Album 134. A very rare set of two discs, consisting of parts 1-4. Bing sings with the Ken Darby Singers and the Decca Concert Orchestra conducted by Victor Young.
Both discs are in VG++ to E condition, with some surface scuffs but no significant damage. They play near perfectly and are free from groove wear or deep scratches. The cover is a bit worn, but is pretty much intact and not torn the way they usually are when you have a rare chance to see one. The binding is a little loose and there is edgewear and some tears along the fabric of the spine, but really pretty well preserved. It is about VG- but it is honestly one of the best I have seen. A nice overall copy, and very hard to find in any condition.
