At this point in his revue, Biodub works snugly inside dub techno and minimal house, favouring long forms over track-led, songlike immediacy. 'Dialogue' and 'Grassland' take centre stage on this originals EP, a record with an outward openness in mixes, a rework network of sorts; that openness shapes the remix roster: Pablo Bolivar stretches the title piece to slower, spandexed dub, while Echo Inspectors, Bribiedub and Adam K.Roll harness and steer 'Grassland' to rhythm-forward, tempo-long ends. A producer consolidates his sound in a close, like label circle.
