CONDITION:

SLEEVE: Heavy ringwear and wear to edges and seam split on the top edge from the front: G-

(I don't usually list items with covers in this condition, but the rarity of the item and the quality of the vinyl makes it worthwhile)

VINYL - SIDE ONE: Beautiful...looks unplayed: EX+ 

VINYL - SIDE TWO: one fine hairline, otherwise looks unplayed: EX 

LABELS: light spindle marking, otherwise Superb: EX

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the tem 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX and EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many. I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
