Description

BIX and TRAM

This auction is for a set of four 10", 78 records by Bix Beiderbecke and the Frankie Trumbauer Orchestra. (Columbia Records - A Hot Jazz Classic Set - C-144). 

The records appear to be excellent condition. The cover shows normal wear and a bit of mild soiling, befitting its age of almost 65 years. The binding is solid, and the protective paper sleeves are all intact. Overall, I would rate the whole set as very good condition.

The album cover, of course, features the fantastic artwork of renowned artist Jim Flora. And the album notes are provided by George Avakian.
