SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Your item will be safely packaged in a bespoke vinyl mailer.  We offer automatic postage discounts (where prices are applied) on multiple purchases.  We dispatch Monday to Friday - orders placed by 12 noon will usually be dispatched the same day.  Orders placed after 12 noon, or at the weekend, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Most vinyl items come from the manufacturer in a shrink wrap seal.  We take immense care in the packing process to protect the seal from any stress.  However, the seal is fragile and may, from time to time, become detached.  We cannot accept any responsibility for this happening in the transportation process and nor can we accept returns on the basis of the seal breaking.

On rare occasions vinyl items are manufactured and shipped without a shrink wrap seal.  In these circumstances we will place the item in a bespoke vinyl protector to reduce the risk of any damage to the product during packaging and transportation.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:  We offer a 30 day standard E-Bay refunds policy applies but please be aware that we reserve the right not to offer a refund where a sealed item has been opened by the buyer

PRE-SALE ORDERS (where applicable):  Pre-sale orders are subject to manufacturers supply and their decisions as to how and when to distribute that supply.  Occasionally also there be a delay in the manufacturing process that may also delay your delivery, if this should happen then we will keep you fully informed of the progress of your item.  Where the item is listed is a Pre-Sale Order, the release date is clearly stated within the detailed listing on eBay. In the case of a Pre-Sale Order, the delivery timescales and delivery dates calculated and shown on eBay, are not precise, and should be ignored.  We use our best endeavours to get the item to you on, or shortly after, the release date, however, the timing of the supply distribution and also the speed of the Royal Mail is beyond our control.  In any event we will always keep you fully informed as to what is happening.
