Description

This West Coast classic was given 9 of 10 points by the FLEX book/website (US Hardcore/Punk Discography) because it is such a brilliant record. The A-sider ‘Louie Louie’ is an extremely raw & powerful cover version of this all-time classic. BLACK FLAG released this bomber a few seconds before Henry Rollins joined the band. Original first pressing, issued on famous West Coast label ‘Posh Boy’ records (catalogue number PBS 13). As additional, here’s the comment from the wonderful FLEX:
- Original on Posh Boy has a hard sleeve. SST reissue has a standard paper sleeve. Late 80s reissue on white vinyl. Also available on 3” and 5” CD. A side included on the Roadrunner version of the Damaged LP.
- Great rough & brutal cover version of the 60s classic, great intense guitar sound. Psycho slasher on the flipside. Dez Cadena on vocals. [9]
- Ultraderbe Version des alten Richard-Berry/Kingsmen-Klassikers, wie immer bei B.F. sehr kompakte Gitarren; sehr intensiv. Noch ohne Henry Rollins, Dez sings.

Mailing / Versand: alle Platten werden in einer neutralen weißen 7“ Hülle außerhalb des Plattencovers verschickt, um Beschädigungen am Originalcover zu vermeiden (all records will be sent in plain white 7“ sleeves outside of the picture sleeves to avoid any seam splits). Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt (all records will be shipped in special record mailers, two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending).
