This is an original first pressing 1972 US release album BLACK OAK ARKANSAS Keep The Faith Atco Records Stereo LP SD 33-381 still sealed in its original shrink-wrap packaging and having its original 'Black Oak Arkansas' sticker affixed on the fornt plastic.  I obtained this particular item the in 1973  (I was in ninth grade).  Starting at a very young age, I would buy at least 2 copies of every album for which I held a passion -- "one to wear and at least one to drag" as the old adage goes...... This album has been stored vertically in a wooden fruit crate in a regulated environment since I obtained it and along with about 1200 other passionate pieces.  The album is in very excellent condition.  There are no flaws.  This item will be shipped flat in highly protective materials.  Please see attached photo for condition detail and contact us for any clarifications or information prior to bidding.

Return Policy: We have done our best to reveal the material condition of the offered item(s) in required detail. If a buyer is not satisfied with the item(s), all funds will be gladly returned if and only if  the purchased item(s) is safely returned to the Vendor within 14 days after close of auction in "just-as-sold" condition with purchaser assuming all cost and all risk of transit.  Should any item(s) not so be returned, all sales are final. 

Payment Policy: The successful bidder must contact the Vendor within three (3) days AND must tender all funds due Vendor within seven (7) days after auction close or the transaction may be cancelled at Vendor's sole option.  Any funds must clear prior to shipment. For shipping within the United States, purchaser adds appropriate calculated shipping costs for protective packaging materials, handling and purchasers choice of carrier with tracking confirmation. Any destinations outside US bear actual cost of delivery, which specific destination address and preferred mode of delivery, if any, must be supplied by the buyer within 3 days of auction close.

Risk of Loss Policy:   Insurance is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and is not included.   Prior to auction close, all risk of loss in the offered lot remains with the Vendor.  At auction close, high bidder becomes a "Buyer", and the risk of loss in the contracted piece shifts from Vendor to Buyer. This means that a successful high bidder from that moment forward assumes any risk of loss to the offered piece attendant with packing and shipping.  For this reason, Buyer must elect and prepay any insurance the Buyer deems prudent.
