Description
Ultra rare first UK vinyl pressing of Black Sabbath by Black Sabbath on large swirl Vertigo (VO 6) from 1970. The coveted Philips label credit denotes the very first print run of this awesome debut LP. With unlaminated gatefold featuring silver text on black background and original poly-lined swirl inner sleeve dated 09/70.
The thick heavy perfectly flat disc (VG-) has a few surface marks showing when examined under harsh halogen light but it plays superbly with great clarity and separation. The VG- gatefold sleeve has a little edge/cornerwear and the VG- inner sleeve suffers from browning near its edges and has a neat handwritten number in one corner.
Good luck if you are bidding. Immediate payment required at end of auction please. And if you are bidding from overseas please contact me for postage costs (I always send signed for and tracked).
