This is certainly one of the rarest Black Sabbath 45's ever released.  It is a promotional only issue from Mexico on Vertigo records as part of their "Rock Power" series of "Children of the Grave/Lord of the World" (mistake in the title on the label).  The fold over pic cover is in VG shape.  The record is pretty well worn, only a G/G+ grade
