Description
Up for auction is a very nice original pressing of the Black Sabbath album Master Of Reality, originally released in the U.S. on Warner Bros. (BS 2562) in 1971:
-Guaranteed original First pressing -Original olive green WB labels
-"Masters" title misprint on labels
-"Ioomi" misprint on labels
-"After Forever (Including The Elegy)" on labels
-Artisan mastering symbol in deadwax -Original embossed cover -Original and date correct WB inner sleeve -No poster -Vinyl comes in poly audiophile protective inner sleeve
Note: Original pressings have the Artisan mastering symbol in the deadwax--these pressings are considered among collectors to have superior audio quality.
Condition: Cover is generally very clean and attractive. No significant ring wear, no seam splits. Has some light creasing along spine. Some rubbing wear on one corner and top of spine (see photo). Still has much of its original shine (see photos). A very attractive original. Grade: Very Good Plus (VG+)
Vinyl is also very nice, still retains its original shine. Under a strong light, a few light scratches and paper scuffs show up, but nothing deep or serious--nothing that should cause any problems with the sound quality, which is overall excellent. One label has former owner's name printed on it in ink. This record looks like it's been played a few times but over all handled with care. Grade: Very Good Plus (VG+)

How I Pack Your Records:
I remove the records with inner sleeves from the covers prior to packing. I sandwich the record between two pieces of cardboard for padding and protection. I also reinforce the corners of the shipping box to protect the corners of the record jacket from damage.
