BLACK SABBATH - MASTER OF REALITY VINYL LP UK 1ST PRESS 6360 050 (1971) VERTIGO.
Black Sabbath’s Master of Reality released on a 'swirl' Vertigo label [inverted black & white for side B]. There is no poster with this copy but the Vertigo poly-lined inner sleeve remains (albeit worn as pictured) and in a fully laminated 'box type' cover opening both from the top and bottom.
Both title and band name are embossed. The box does have a lot of wear as shown in the photos but not bad for a 50+ year old record.
The album plays without skips or jumps but there are some surface scratches and there is some surface noise although this is only really noticeable at the start of Sweet Leaf due to some wear in this area and a scratch although as I say it doesn’t skip and it doesn’t last long (1-2 mins)
Side 2 is in fantastic condition and I’ve no doubt with a pro-clean the whole record could sound even better.
I won’t grade the record or sleeve as I just don’t have that level of knowledge)
