AN EXCELLENT UK VERTIGO (6360 050) SPACESHIP LABEL PRESSING OF BLACK SABBATH'S CLASSIC "Master Of Reality" LP
THESE VERTIGO SPACESHIP LABELS (designed by Roger Dean) WERE ONLY EVER ISSUED ON A VERY, VERY LIMITED NUMBER OF COPIES AS THE BAND WERE CHANGING LABELS. (RC magazine recently ran an article re-assessing the rarity and value of these Spaceship labels which no doubt will be reflected in the upcoming edition of the RC book and it looks like the early Sabbath Spaceship pressing are actually scarcer than than their Swirl equivalents)

ALL IN ALL A SUPERB COLLECTABLE COPY WHICH PLAYS BEAUTIFULLY THROUGHOUT - NEAR MINT AUDIO!!! AND AS THE MEGA RARE SPACESHIP LABEL VARIANT - VERY SCARCE!!

LABELS: The labels are CLEAN and BRIGHT with a few light spindle marks, VINYL Visual: Both surfaces have their original DEEP, GLOSSY SHEEN. The surfaces have some general hairline marks NONE of which are of any major audio consequence
VINYL Audio: The audio is - CRYSTAL CLEAR, VERY STRONG, RICH and HEAVY!! There are NO scratches, NO sticks/jumps, NO clicks/pops and barely ANY surface noise. There is also NO discernible groove-wear or distortion. PLAYS BEAUTIFULLY THROUGHOUT IN PRETTY MUCH PERFECT CONDITION.
Overall, a really desirable playing copy!! Must be graded EXCELLENT/NEAR MINT for audio quality
SLEEVE: The original laminated box sleeve is in GREAT shape!! CLEAN and UNMARKED, VERY SHARP and FRESH with NO crushing!! BEAUTIFUL DEEP, DEEP GLOSS TO THE SURFACES!! I will post this sleeve internally reinforced so it does not get crushed during transit.
