This is the original RARE UK pressing on the very collectible Vertigo `Swirl` Label in `Howards Printers (Slough)`  Embossed Fliptop Box Sleeve with Swirl Factory Inner - Matrix/Runout Groove - 6360 050 1Y//1 420 11 3 - 6360 050 2Y//1 420 12 3 

Rarity - ABSOLUTELY! UK Vertigo Swirl pressings are very desirable!! This one especially for the `superb` music both to Vertigo Collectors and Sabbath Fans alike!! This particular copy has a beautiful sleeve which has been very well looked after and has a nice vinyl which plays almost `AS NEW`!!

Vinyl - Looks unmarked in normal light - under bright halogen light scrutiny there are some very light wispy paper scuffs visible from sleeve removal that don`t affect play - plays Superb especially on `Solitude` which is always the best tester for this album ("is that really Ozzie singing `Solitude` wow) - a small mark gave 3 clicks on `Sweet Leaf` that was all I noticed - this really is a TOP Player!!

Labels - UNDAMAGED & CLEAN Labels - Even under bright light scrutiny I can only see a few spindle lines THAT'S ALL!!, this record has had very little play!! The genuine UK Swirl Label backed by the Black label with white writing and rim credits written in English, with UK catalogue number and the established UK label layout clearly identify this as the Original UK Spiral release!!

Inners - Comes with Swirl Inner sleeve with `Made in England` text!! - this is in Near Mint condition - there was no poster with this copy!

Sleeve - Original 1st Issue `Howards Printers, Slough Ltd` Fliptop Box sleeve with Embossed Purple Lettering, this sleeve has always been hard to find in a nice condition simply due to its design, it is a thin box and never sat well amongst other LP`s as it would end up being flattened/squished - this one has kept in BEAUTIFUL shape with sound unworn edges, Lovely SHARP corners the inside tabs are undamaged and in Beautiful condition, this copy doesn't even suffer from the usual bad laminate creasing a real nice copy! Has the correct VO price code on the back and printed by `Howards Printers (Slough) Ltd` Sleeve Credits!! - I have placed stiffeners inside sleeve to hold its shape in transit - NO Graffiti/NO Tears/NO sticky label damage etc -

Just a note on Grading - I always play grade my records right through and unless stated they do not jump, skip or stick when played!!! I always view the vinyl under a very bright halogen spotlight!!! Why? because although I have excellent vision when viewed under a normal light or even worse a fluorescent tube (most shops have these) the vinyl will not show up how marked it truly is - some view records in daylight but this has to be done in direct sunlight to see the hidden marks - I do this so that I can give the full picture and should please even the most `critical` of collectors. Also I photograph the WHOLE of the cover (I don't cut off the corners or edge) so you can see as close as possible what you will receive!!

Postage/packing: I use new professional record mailers with several cardboard stiffeners to protect the cover - the record will be placed in a NEW clean inner sleeve, removed from the record cover (saves ringwear/pushing through seams) and together with original old inner placed in a NEW pvc outer sleeve - I also include recorded delivery as standard in the overall cost in the UK (70p) it covers up to £36 in case of loss - it will be optional for international packages (as it is more expensive) but still advisable! - please note complete postage charges (below) before bidding!

Payment - I am quite patient but if I have waited a couple of weeks for money and sent reminders unless there is a good reason I will claim back my fees and give a nonpaying bidder strike - I don't charge for Paypal!

Grading's

Mint : The record itself is brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

EX : The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing

VG : The record has obviously been played, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite some surface marks. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.

plus + : slightly better than grade

minus - : slightly under grade
