Original swirl inner sleeve with correct date '1/4/1970' bottom left corner.
Note:
There is no break in between the tracks "Hand of Doom" and "Rat Salad" - i.e. looks as though there are only three tracks on the B side of the record when there are actually four

VINYL: VG
Visually, the vinyl looks closer to VG but audio wise, it plays closer to VG+. There are no jumps/skips and no repetitive clicking or popping. Some light surface noise but only really noticeable between tracks and the few (if any) quieter passages. Some light hairlines and scuffs each side but nothing deep or nasty. Solid copy.
SLEEVE: VG
Non-laminated gatefold sleeve has no seam splits. Gatefold opens/closes smoothly, no writing and major issues. A small area on the front cover is scuffed/torn ever so slightly, just under the guys armpit. Its not a rip through the sleeve, just the top layer of paper, nothing major. Edge and corner wear are present. Spine text is still readable.
LABELS: VG+
Nice and clean labels with no real issues. No writing or rips. Some light wear/spindle lines but both sides look fresh.
