THIS ULTRA RARE TEXT ONLY APPEARED ON THE FIRST BATCH OF COVERS EVER MADE (NO MORE THAN A FEW HUNDRED AT AT THE VERY MOST!) - BEFORE IT WAS REMOVED, AND ALL LATER PRESSINGS DONT HAVE IT!!!!  THIS WAS DUE TO BLACK SABBATH FALLING OUT WITH THEIR MANAGER (JIM SIMPSON) - AND THIS WAS WHY THIS CREDIT WAS REMOVED!!!!  AND PLEASE NOTE - ONLY A FEW HUNDRED OF THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS COVERS ONLY - EVER HAD THIS ULTRA RARE 'JIM SIMPSON' CREDIT - MAKING IT ONE OF THE RAREST BLACK SABBATH LPs OF ALL TIME

Condition-

Sleeve-GOOD + Is fairly worn all over front & back, especially around edges-inner of gatefold much better

Original Vertigo Gatefold Polylined inner sleeve-GOOD + Light wear.creasing, plus some pen marks have been scribbled out on one side

Vinyl-GOOD + Light surface wear all over both sides-no major or deep scratches or scuffs though-have played through, and sounds very good on my deck, with only minimal background noise-no jumps or sticks

 Mint – In Perfect / As New Condition
Excellent – Used And With Minor Signs Of Wear
Very Good – Used, Sleeve Will Have Obvious Signs Of Wear/Damage. Vinyl Will Have Obvious Signs Of Wear, Will Play With No Major Faults, But May Have Some Surface Noise
Good – Sleeve Will Have Significant Wear/Damage. Vinyl Will Have A Fair Amount Of Surface Damage, Will Play With No Jumps Or Sticks, But Will Have Significant Surface Noise
Fair – Sleeve Will Be Badly Damaged, Vinyl Will Have A Lot Of Damage, Will Play With Surface Noise And May Jump/Stick Etc.
