RARE UK VERY 1st PRESS:
 

1. Large swirl B side label with VERTIGO below the spindle

4. "Management/Jim Simpson, Big Bear, Birmingham' on inner gatefold - ONLY FOUND ON VERY 1ST ISSUE 'PARANOID'!!

FULLY PLAY GRADED VINYL - FROM START TO FINISH

PLAYGRADED: not simply glanced at with a superficial visual grading, fully played and graded throughout (listened to on headphones - the most revealing playgrade method, with no exterior audio distractions)

Very good looking vinyl with only superficial light hairlines and marks visible, but there are several! A well played copy that still plays well but does have background crackle on run ins, in between tracks and audible on the quieter sections. VG audio.

Plays right through with no jumps or sticks!

OUTER SLEEVE:

Original unlaminated gatefold sleeve in excellent condition. This is the VERY rare original 1st press that has the crucial management credit to Jim Simpson of Big Bear, Birmingham. Sabbath parted company with Simpson just as this LP was released, so it had to be hastily withdrawn and quickly reprinted without this credit - and as this LP went to No.1 in the UK it sold many, many copies (without this credit) so the Big Bear sleeve is hard to find - and very hard to find in this excellent condition. It does have some black touch ups to edges, but these look good as a result. Only the spine really suffers from moderate wear. Overall an excellent copy of this rare sleeve.

LABELS:

Again confirming the 1st press - this has the correct 1st label design which is the large swirl logo (on the B side) above the spindle and 'VERTIGO' below the spindle. If a smaller swirl and Vertigo ARE ABOVE THE SPINDLE IT IS A 2ND PRESS!!! 

Labels have spindle marks showing a fair bit of play, but NO graffiti.

INNER SLEEVE:

Swirl sleeve, but has age marks and black ink stains...
