GRADING
All items are VISUALLY graded using strict Goldmine standards unless otherwise noted in the item description – I’m a picky collector and thorough. I will play grade a record upon request but, depending on time available, it may take some time to report back. Comprehensive front, back, inner sleeve and label photos of all LP’s/45’s are provided as a courtesy for your visual assessment. Additional photos are available upon request.
SHIPPING/PACKAGING
Buyer Pays Exact Shipping, I don’t overcharge. I will combine shipping 2 LPs or 2 45s for the price of 1. I typically ship orders within a few business days of receiving payment. My default shipping method is MEDIA MAIL with tracking provided through the USPS. Media mail offers the lowest shipping costs, is dependable, and reasonably quick. Using media mail results in great savings for the overall order, making the purchase of vinyl records via mail order much more affordable. I will combine shipping if desired. In addition, I am always willing to accommodate buyers who wish to upgrade and pay for alternative shipping methods (i.e., Priority Mail, Insurance, etc.). If you would like any of these options, please send me a message **BEFORE** paying for your order with default Media Mail. I am happy to let you know how much these add-ons will cost.
I highly recommend the buyer insure purchased items, particularly those of more substantial value. If an order is lost or damaged by the US Postal Service, I will do whatever I can to facilitate a refund or compensation with the USPS, but if the package isn't insured, return of product/refund may be problematic.
I pack all orders well, using mailers specifically designed for shipping vinyl records to protect your purchase in transit. All records are separated from the album covers or picture sleeves (where applicable) and additional cardboard stiffeners are used to ensure safe delivery.

I have been collecting for more than 40 years and currently have a small warehouse of ≈60,000 titles. I bought and sold extensively on Ebay from1997 – 2007 under profile: vulcanwax. After around a 15-year selling hiatus, I’m back under a similar profile and am slowly ramping up sales and going through my accumulated inventory.
