Description
I have been collecting records for decades and the time has come for some of them to find a new home. Most will be in excellent condition, some have been in my family for years and remain unplayed. I will grade them all fairly and listen to them before listing.
All of them will be professionally cleaned before being sent.

Up for auction here is a Uk first pressing of the 1975 album by Black Sabbath entitled Sabotage . Released in the Uk on Nems records?– catalogue number 9119 001. This is a first pressing with a textured Robert Stace sleeve. It is in superb condition throughout and has barely been played.
Matrix / Runout (A Side): 9119001 1Y//1 ST 117 STERLING and 9119001 2Y//1 ST 125 STERLING
The vinyl is visually in Stunning condition and has obviously been barely played. I would grade it as visually being in near mint condition. The audio is also brilliant and plays through superbly without any skips or jumps. There is a bit of normal light background crackle but overall it was a superb listen and I would grade the audio as a strong Excellent++. It was an absolute pleasure to listen to , a real classic.
The Labels are in awesome condition which shows how little this has been played . I would grade them also as near mint. They have the misspelling of Megalomania and do not mention the last track, blow on a jug.
The Original Robert Stace textured sleeve has some normal light signs of wear but is still a nice example. The spine is clearly legible. I would grade it as Excellent. It also omits blow on a jug.
Overall a superb copy of this classic Sabbath lp.

I use Record Collector ratings to grade my vinyl. These are :
Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening of sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration etc..
Fair: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise: it may even jump. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
Poor: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise etc.. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly
