My clearout continues! you're bidding for:
BLACK SABBATH S/T debut First Press Vertigo swirl LP VG/VG+ Phillips credit.
cat no: VO6 847 903 matrix: VO6 1Y VO6 2Y
Vinyl grades as VG whilst still quite glossy it has lots of fine lines and a few light scuffs. It play grades as VG too with on off crackle loudest at the start of each side then fading as it progresses. It plays through fine without any jumps.
Both labels grade as EX and the vertigo inner grades VG+. The sleeve is in lovely shape with no writing or marks. Really clean spine and only light rubs on 2 corners. Sadly there is a small nick/tear (0.5cm) along the open edge of the gatefold (see pics) which goes through both sides.
On the whole a solid copy rather than a stunning one, but as it's such a rare record these days it's a worthy addition to most collections.
