MEGA RARE PROMOTIONAL (DJ005) NOT FOR SALE COPY 1972
BLACK SABBATH - Children Of The Grave, A side
STATUS QUO - Roadhouse Blues, B side
Phonogram DJ Promo Maxi 45, with custom solid centre 'naked lady' picture label and exclusive catalogue number. Only 100 known copies were manufactured and were never intended for sale to the general public, not many people even know of it's existence, this is truly a ultra rarity....... In the last 5 years I have only ever seen one other copy for sale selling/sold for £695.00 (took me 18 months to find anyone who knew anything about it)
Now for the long and most important bits, in my personal opinion the vinyl is is near mint condition but I'm not an expert so I've down graded it to VG+/EX condition there are one or two very mild hairline marks/scratches but these do not affect play in any way, the sound quality is great for a 43 year old record, when I tested it prior to listing on a Technics SL- 1210 MK2 it played fantastically with just the odd vinyl crackle of non digitally made music that I would expect from any vinyl record new or used.
The only visible damage/marks are from the spindle more noticeable on the second side (Status Quo) please see the pictures

The following are in the vinyl run off - DJ005 1F#1???? 420 112 (these are at about 2 o'clock if you imagine the mid top of the label is 12) there is also a very faint 04 (at about 1 o'clock)

It too has 04 really faintly at about 1 o'clock
I have put the record into a white & black (red dot) Phonogram sleeve as the one my dad did have it in was a plain white paper one inside a cardboard one (safer in my opinion) this is also available if wanted.
I have tried to give as honest a description of the overall condition and as much information as I could along with photos showing as much as possible (vinyl not the easiest thing to photograph)
This record comes from my dads much loved personal record collection (more to be listed in the coming weeks) that I am sadly selling due to a lack of space following a recent house move. Please contact me if you require any more information I will try to reply within 2 hours where possible
