This is a UK 1st press of ’Sabbath Bloody Sabbath' by Black Sabbath. This press has the earliest WWA 005 1Y//1 - 2Y//1 matrix and the black and silver WWA label. It is complete with the original printed lyric inner sleeve and WWA 005 super de luxe matt gatefold sleeve.
The record is in Very Good+ condition. The vinyl is still jet black, with a sensational bright gloss. There is no sign of whitening or heavy play to the grooves, there are just a number of very light wispymarks on both sides. The earliest black label is in Excellent condition. The black is exceptionally solid and unworn and the text is sharp. There is just the slightest spindle wear.
When played the sound is rich, vibrant and complete with the original bold audio separation. There is some slight noise especially in the quieter moments but there is still superb clarity throughout.
The lyric inner sleeve is in Excellent condition. The edges are firm, the whole sleeve is clean with just the slightest edge discolouration and the text is sharp.
The matt super de luxe sleeve is in Excellent condition. The black is bold and the colours are vivid. The edges have the slightest wear but they are still very firm. There is just the slightest ring wear. The inside is superb, like new. The whole sleeve is very solid and the spine is firm with clear text.
