A VERY GOOD plus CONDITION and very HARD-TO-FIND single of
The heaviest band on this planet earth ... BLACK SABBATH !!!
which was printed and manufactured by a long deleted LBT orange LABEL from the land of smile back in the year 1973
with Catalog Number LBT-145.
There are 6(six) Thai SLEEVES with the same "VOL. 4" picture in existence
( IT-012, TK-720, M-105, LBT-145, MC-976, and MTR-611 )
and I have 2 of them on eBay NOW in my auctions.

It was printed and sold locally as limited EP back in the year 1973. Only few copies were spread outside Thailand.

It is from my own collection and I have only one copy to offer with surprisingly NO RESERVE PRICE.
Visually, condition of both sleeve and vinyls are VG+ (stains : back sleeve) and VG+ (scuffs on surfaces) respectively.
Please be informed that the colour of paper has been changed over the years due to its age and
you might find some spot(s) on the sleeve but this is normal considering the fact that this sleeve is over 30 years old.
