BLACK SABBATH VOL 4 1ST PRESS MINT ETCHED PORKY AND PECKO

 

1972 FIRST UK pressing thick vinyl of probably the best Sabbath album to be released.

Mint vinyl - the vinyl weight is 154 grams, wider track channels resulting in superior stereo audio  reproduction. An outstanding rich sounding album.

Hand etched with PORKY and PECKO, i.e. Mastered by the great George Peckham famous for the Porky prime cuts.  

 

“All rights” text on perimeter rim, only found on the very first and earliest pressings. Beautiful examples of vertigo black and white swirl side A, and side B has vertigo logo, with track listings

 

Howards Printers album sleeve, first issue gatefold booklet attached in outstanding condition. Super colour pictures of each band member of this rock band there are no rips/tears, beautiful unfaded images. The album has been kept in a plastic sleeve and the outer cover is near mint 9/10 condition there are a few minor scuffs. Complete with Vertigo swirl inner sleeve, shows some usual brown ageing around the edge though still in great condition.
