*ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING & FIRST ISSUE GATEFOLD COVER COMPLETE WITH ATTACHED BOOKLET.
1Y1/2Y1 MATRICES.
*LABELS HAVE NO 'MADE IN ENGLAND' & TITLE APPEARS AS BLACK SABBATH VOL.4 (AS OPPOSED TO VOL 4) INDICATING EARLIEST PRESSING/ISSUE.
PLEASE SEE IMAGES FOR MATRIX INFO AND TRACK LISTING PLUS GENERAL CONDITION.
VINYL IN OK CONDITION CONSIDERING ITS ALMOST 50 YEAR LIFE! Lots of mostly lighter marks G+.
LABELS EX.; no damage. All clear text/print.
VERTIGO SWIRL INNER IS DATED WELL BEFORE ACTUAL RELEASE DATE AND IS ORIGINAL. GRADED AS GOOD+ (MINIMUM) ; has wear on edges and corner creasing plus a little faded. The poly inner lining is still intact (they're usually missing).
Attached booklet has some light staining on bottom edge, otherwise fine and, importantly, attached as per original.
MATT GATEFOLD COVER IS VG+ AS MINIMUM ; it has worn well over its life, no damage just a little grubbiness remains. All print is clear, spine is square with clear print but has some outer edge wear.
SOUNDS OK WITH FINE BASS (DUE IN PART TO THE CUTTER, 'PORKY') PLAYS FINE WITH A LOT OF CRACKLE BETWEEN TRACKS.
I'M SURE A GOOD, DEEP CLEAN WOULD SORT MOST OF THIS (I have only hand cleaned!)
