Released 1972 on VERTIGO Records..

The gatefold sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition with the booklet still attached and in pristine condition.
There is a small circular adhesive mark above the second 'A' in Sabbath on the front cover, presumably from a price sticker.

Both sides of the vinyl are in NEAR MINT condition, with a beautiful sheen and NO marks, scuffs or scratches.

The label on side two has the large 'swirl' above the spindle hole and the 'vertigo' logo at the bottom.
