(You can view all relevant scans at the bottom of this page)
Musicians &/or other details:
VERY RARE 1972 UK Original FIRST ISSUE LP on VERTIGO (see matrix info below & Original ‘Swirl’ label; see photo), with Howard Printers GATEFOLD Picture Sleeve with 4 Pages BOOKLET & Original Poly-lined Vertigo INNER Sleeve, in a FABULOUS condition
Matrix numbers

Country - Label (Catalogue Nr.) - Year: UK Original LP – VERTIGO (6360 071) - 1972
Inserts &/or Sleeve Details:
Original FIRST ISSUE sleeve with “VO PRICE CODE” text under VOL 4 rear sleeve. Booklet is absolutely superb & sits like has never been opened inside the gatefold.
I assume that sleeve has also never been opened completely, therefore spine is SOLID & CRISP
Condition Record / Sleeve
Record is NEAR MINT (High gloss, just pressed looks with only a couple of faint paper lines. Plays as Mint with no defects of any description)
Sleeve is NEAR MINT (and I don’t think that anything better can be found… PERFECT)
Track listing: On request

GRADING
All records are originals except when noted. Record is graded first, then the cover.
For grading purposes I use the British Record Collector's grading scale (needless to detail on this one as it's known to all collectors) with occasionally (+) or (-) signs to denote the in-between conditions.
Generally speaking:
- a MINT (M) or NEAR MINT (M-) grade will give full satisfaction
- an EXCELLENT (EX) grade is always a shiny vinyl with possibly a faint mark or two, ONLY seen under a strong light and NOT affecting performance; in most cases NM and EX are pretty close)
- a VG+ or even a VG (Very Good) grade is always a shiny vinyl with some light surface marks & will give an enjoyable performance with no skips, pops or unpleasant surface noise.
Same logic applies to the cover's grade.
I do not list records at an inferior grade unless they are extremely rare & sought after.
