ONE OF GREATEST ROCK ALBUMS RELEASED IN THE '70'S IN  AUSTRALIA. HE'S GOT EVERYTHING A ROCK LOVER CAN ASK FOR! (GUITAR RIFFS, SOLOS, HARD VOCAL, SUITES...)

THE RECORD WAS RELEASED IN 1971 AND REACHED #7 ON THE CHARTS. NOT BAD FOR A YOUNG BAND (THEY GOT TOGETHER IN '70), BUT THE TALENT OF THE PLAYERS AND GREAT WORK THEY DID ON THESE ICONIC RECORD WAS MUCH APPRECIATED.

RECORD CONDITION: LOOKS: A FEW HAIRLINE SCUFFS (MOST OF THEM VISIBLE ONLY UNDER STRONG LIGHT)

PLAY: SIDE 1:LIGHT CLICKS AND POPS DURING THE OPENING POEM (AT THE MOUNTAIN OF MADNESS); THE CLICKS BECOME FADED DURING THE MUSIC AND AUDIBLE PRETTY MUCH ONLY IN THE DEAD WAX BETWEEN TRACKS; ONLY OCCASIONAL DURING THE MUSICAL PART

SIDE 2: DUE TO A HEAVIER START OF S2 THE CLICKS ARE MUCH LESS AUDIBLE. AGAIN SOME CLICKS IN BETWEEN TRACKS (BEGINNING OF "THE RAT" SUITE) WITH ONLY OCCASIONAL CLICKS DURING THE MUSIC PART.

COVER CONDITION:  RING WEAR AND FEW LIGHT CREASES

Record grading:  Please note that all records are generally graded visually only.

MINT:  RECORD: As new condition with no surface mark. Records that looks un-played.

             COVER: As new. No surface marks or wears.

NEAR MINT: RECORD: Barely noticeable surface mark with no loss of sound quality.

                        COVER: Barely noticeable surface mark/ wear.

EXCELLENT: RECORD: Some signs of being played with extremely little if no loss of sound quality;

                          COVER: Slight wear.

VERY GOOD:  RECORD: Obviously been played with noticeable surface marks & the occasional light scratches but exhibits no major loss of sound quality.

                            COVER: Noticeable wear, with possible slight writing or stains.

GOOD: RECORD: Record has been played and has very noticeable surface marks & exhibits major loss of sound quality.

              COVER: Noticeable wear. Much writing/ stains.
