NM: almost perfect, maybe "hair lines" marks not affecting play.
VG++: very clean, very light marks, maybe minimal surface noise on some parts.
VG+: light marks, plays and looks nice with minimal surface noise.
VG: still a nice record,  a bit used, light scratches, no gouges, no skips, some surface noise.
