Issue : UK 1st PRESS Label : POLYDOR Catalogue No : 583059
This UK 1st press is on the earliest plain red Polydor label. It is complete with the original polylined inner sleeve and matt card McNeill Press gatefold sleeve.
The vinyl is in Very Good+ condition. There is a sensational jet black gloss and no sign of heavy play at all. There are just a couple of faint marks. The labels are sensational, extremely clean with vivid red and bright text. There is the NO spindle wear.
The sound quality is Excellent. The vinyl lies flat on the turntable and the sound is exceptionally rich and clear. There are momnts of light noise but it still has the original clarity and separation throughout.
The original matt MacNeill press gatefold sleeve is in Very Good condition. The image and text are sharp and are completely clean. There are remains of the original sticker on the front corner. The back and inside of the sleeve are bright and clear, there is just light discolouration and edge wear. The whole sleeve is still extremely solid and the spine is firm.
