BLIND FAITH "CHANGE OF ADDRESS FROM JUNE 23RD 1969" / "SALES OFFICE"


1 of only 500 pressed, this single was released as a promo by Island records to notify people they were moving offices in 1969.


Blind Faith are not credited on the labels but it is well documented to be them and it's a great tune!


Vinyl plays excellent, looks to have hardly been played with lovely gloss/ sheen. B side label is slightly torn and centre pop out looks to have been reglued into place at some stage in the past.


Original Island generic sleeve is a little tired, see photos for details.
