Blind Faith is the self-titled and only album by the English super group Blind Faith. The U.S. banned controversial cover was of a topless 11 year old girl holding a silver aircraft, seen as potentially phallic by the American label, who released it with an alternative cover showing simply a photograph of the band on the front.
