Listen?  this item is NOT an record,its an fantastic book with 36 pages , lots  of photos ,, only sold in USA,, i found my own for about 15 years ago (i also have one with Iron Butterfly guess there is more)  and thought that i never find another,, but there it was..
not sure but believe it was sold at concerts or by post order.
